Role play and joint action routines are employed to practice and further develop skills across the curriculum such as speaking and listening, responding to music and movement and enhance social skill development, self awareness and self esteem. The secondary department performance is a highlight of the summer term. Recent performances include ‘Guys and Dolls’, ‘Buddy Holly’ and ‘The Jungle Book Kids’.
Post 16 students benefit from sharing resources at the Pyramid Centre, Warrington. The group performed an outstanding pantomime at Christmas ‘Snow White and Seven New Dwarfs’ to a packed audience of children, staff and parents.
