Staffing

Staff have or are working towards QCF Level 3 Children and Young people (Heath and Social Care) and QCF Level 3 Adult Services (Health and Social Care).  Additionally all staff have or are working towards CACHE Level 2 Understanding Autism.

The Assistant Care Managers have qualifications in Leadership and Management, are mental health 1st aiders, fire wardens and 1st aiders.  One Assistant Care Manager is a deputy safeguarding lead.  Through our values of Courage, Creativity, Resilience and Kindness, we invest in our staff by a dedicated weekly training and development time, encompassing a CPD calendar.  Each staff member has a personal development plan providing a clear pathway to the teaching and learning experiences for children, young people and adults.

Through our values of Courage, Creativity, Resilience and Kindness we encourage reflective thinking to ensure each student is receiving the best care progression and experiences as is possible.

The company’s ethos aims to establish a sense of community and care amongst all its members so that both staff and students can experience the benefits of being accepted and contribute towards the wider society.

The environment is both homely and educational and is of high quality so that it gives all who are here a sense of worth.
