The Trustees ensure our charity has a clear strategy, and that our work and goals are in line with our vision. They safeguard our charity's assets and our reputation, ensuring our charity runs sustainably.
The day-to-day running of the Charity is delegated to the staff, led by the Chief Executive Officer. The Trustees play the role of a ‘critical friend’ to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team by giving support and by challenging – in a supportive way – to help manage effectively.
Our Trustees meet once a term and are all volunteers committed to making a difference.
