As a teaching support assistant (TSA), you’ll develop skills in working as part of a team, building relationships with students, parents and teachers, being creative and finding ways to support students.
With the right experience and training, you can progress to a more senior role, including a Senior TSA or an Autism Educational Practitioner (AEP)
Working in this role will help you to discover if you have what it takes to go further. If you enjoy the classroom environment and are looking for something more challenging, the door is open for you to build a career with us.
